Rhino Rift Fourth Pitch

There has been a request placed for the anchors to be (re)placed on the Fourth Pitch

The request will be considered at the February '25 CSCC meeting.

I'm unlikely to be able to do a trip down before the meeting. From memory and talking to Matty, there are currently some spits although they might not be in a good location. If they are in a reasonable position, it would be best to re-use the sight of at least one of them. Some sort of approach line is also probably needed.
