====== BCA Ballot - There's Still Time To Have Your Say! ======

**Voting in the BCA elections and the online ballot on the various constitutional amendments is still live until midnight on 31st October 2021.**

All BCA members for whom the organisation holds a valid email address should by now have received an email with a voting 'token' enabling them to cast their votes in the elections and on the proposals for the amendments to the constitution as [[https://cscc.org.uk/wiki/news/2021_10_11_bca_agm_ballot_2021|detailed in our last newsletter]].

If any members of your club have not received their voting token, they should contact the [[returning-officer@british-caving.org.uk?subject=I Have Not Received My Voting Token|BCA Returning Officer]] as a mater of urgency.

Please pass this mailshot to your members so that they are aware of their eligibility to vote and can obtain their voting token if they have not already done so.
